Opting Out of Non-Promotional Emails

We occasionally email customers to notify them of changes to their accounts. We also email surveys to find out what customers think about their experiences after working with Customer Support.

If you don't want to receive these email messages, you can unsubscribe from them.

Warning: If you opt out of this service, you will still receive notices about your expiring products.

To Opt Out of Non-Promotional Emails

  1. Log in to your GoDaddy account.
  2. Click Settings, and then click Contact Preferences.
  3. Next to for Non-promotional notices that deal with changes to your domains, account or other services?, select No.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Note: If you have multiple accounts with us, you must opt out messaging for each individually.
